Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: $4.99, delivered via a trusted carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location).
- Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $150 or more.
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, product images, or descriptions of the contents visible on the outside of the box. The return address and packing slip use a neutral business name so your order arrives with your privacy intact.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted or unavailable for shipment to certain states or municipalities due to local laws and regulations. If an item in your order can’t be shipped to your address, we’ll contact you before fulfilling your order to arrange a refund or substitution for the affected item.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
